In our clinic people frequently ask us about meditation: what is it, what are the benefits, why you do, how you do it…. A lot of questions. Our answer always is that you cannot understand meditation by mind only, you have to practice it. It’s like tasting a strawberry for yourself in stead of studying the books about the components and how it would taste. You taste is for yourself and then you know it….
This is the reason for our meditation class, whether you are beginner or experienced. We always stay beginner:-) Meditation is indispensable for calming the mind. Sitting still and observing your breathing teaches you to be fully present in the moment, without judgement. Meditation will also connect you with your inner world.There are many different forms of meditation. Starting from September 2020 we organize a mediation class every Tuesday where you will learn meditation via visualization, breathing, inner smile and just sitting meditation. Our mission: meditation is not difficult, you just have to practice it. And together makes it easier;-)
In our class we combine different techniques which we learnt from different buddhist teachings, related to zen, Thich Nhat Han, Chinese buddhism and taoism.

3) Guiding meditation
4) Mindful walking
5) Chanting sutra
