Ingredients:
15 small slices of fresh ginger
2 stems of fresh mint (Bo He)
15 pieces of chrysanthemum (Ju Hua)
6 pieces of rose flower (Mei Gui Hua)
if you like sweet you can add some honey
In Chinese medicine ginger has a warming nature while Bo He is cooling. The two ingredients balance each other. Ju Hua is a little bit cold while Mei Gui Hua is warm. This couple eases the eyes, relaxes the body and moves the Qi and Blood prevention stagnation.
Put all ingredients together, add cooked hot water and let it stay for a few minutes and enjoy with a smile.
