Every Thursday we have a Qi Gong class where we enjoy mild exercises to create a nice qi flow in our meridians and organs. Qi Gong is a great way to improve your health and to let go physical, mental and emotional blockades. Transformation is healing!

Content Qi Gong Class
1) Preparation phase with warm up (standing, lying or sitting exercises) and opening the three dantians  
2) Core: Meridian and organ exercises
3) Relax: Duo exercise / acupressure – breathing
